About Kristin

I was born in New Mexico and moved around the country in various places until I was in middle school. I then landed in KY and attended Western Kentucky University. It was at WKU that I met my husband, Luke Andrews, and after graduation we moved to Denver, CO. While there, I worked in sales/marketing and business development. After our two boys were born in 2009 and 2012, Luke and I decided KY was calling us home and we moved back to Louisville! It was at this point that we decided to take our investment knowledge and love of real estate and joined Jay T. Pitts & Associates at REMAX Premier Properties! While an agent on Jay’s team, I have been able to combine my eagerness to help others through the home buying and selling processes with mentoring, training and developing other agents. In my role as Director of Agent Development I am now able to spend much more time supporting all of the agents in our brokerage as they learn and grow their personal and team businesses.
