About Jen

I'm proud to be an owner of RE/MAX Premier Properties and Premier Property Management Services because we've been able to establish such a special group of agents and staff. In my role as COO, I oversee marketing, finance, HR, compliance, agent onboarding, and general operations for both companies. Though I'm one of the few people here without a real estate license, I enjoy being in the industry and learning from the wealth of knowledge around me!

I grew up in Northern Kentucky and moved to Louisville to obtain my Communication degree at Bellarmine University. There, I met Jay Pitts and eventually became his wife. I didn't know much about real estate, building, loans or rentals at first because I didn't grow up immersed in it like Jay and Zack (my brother-in-law and business partner), so I like to say I married into the business! My background was originally in fundraising; I had the pleasure of working with an amazing team at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for 8 years and then worked in the development office at Bellarmine before deciding to stay home with our baby boy. Over time, I got more and more involved in real estate with Jay and my role evolved into what it is today. It's been an exciting ride building these companies with family while expanding our own. We now have three kids and love living here in Louisville!
