About John

Having spent my childhood working for family small businesses, I came to the real estate business from a career starting in IT with operations, programming and database administration and working its way through a successful career in mobile and telecom sales, then going ‘home’ to construction and commercial and residential property management. A 12 year resident of Old Louisville, I have a wonderful wife and little boy attending St. Stephen Martyr School. While eager to engage any buyer or seller with an eye toward detail and service, I especially enjoy our older neighborhoods such as Clifton, Crescent Hill, the Highlands and of course my home Old Louisville and South Central Louisville. I also enjoy, perhaps more than anything in the business, helping first time buyers find that perfect home. From Crestwood to Dixie Highway, I look forward to serving you!
